About Us

We’re a team of high capacity, Christ-centered individuals focused on fulfilling the Great Commission by reaching the next generation for Christ. At Lighthouse Christian School we strive to build a Christian community focused on modeling through action what serving Christ looks like in a challenging culture where self is often put first. Students are encouraged to exhort one another with positive peer pressure in an atmosphere where a personal relationship with Jesus is celebrated and honored within our school community.

In her spare time, Linda is an avid pickleball player and enjoys long hikes with her extreme-hiker husband, Christian, where they gain refreshment by praising God in His diversity of creation. She also feels blessed to live in one of the most beautiful locations in the world with stunning beaches, sunsets, and beautiful forested hills.

Brandi Ramos: As Public Relations Director for Lighthouse Christian School, Brandi oversees the school’s marketing, communications, social media, events, and community outreach. As a young person, she developed a lifelong appreciation for faith-based education while attending a private Lutheran school and has been homeschooling her three children for nearly a decade. Before homeschooling, she served as a Human Resources Director where she developed leadership, communication, and organizational skills that continue to guide her work today. She currently serves local sports families as Secretary of the Windsor Youth Soccer League.

Brandi has been married to her husband, Jason, for 18 years, and together they are raising their three children in our local community. Outside of school, she enjoys cheering on her children’s activities, creating historical American Girl doll displays, and caring for her family’s four dogs, four cats, bunny, turtle, and their tropical fish aquarium (Ariel’s Grotto). She considers it a privilege to be part of the founding team at Lighthouse Christian School and looks forward to partnering with families as together they build a lasting legacy of faith, academic excellence, and Christ-centered leadership.

Melissa Park, our Parent - Teacher Coordinator, is a homeschool graduate from Penngrove, CA. She came to faith in Christ as a young girl, and has loved the Lord ever since. As the second oldest in a large family, she learned compassion and understanding for others at a young age. She spent her young adult years helping with her siblings, teaching in an elementary program, nannying small children, serving in her local church, and engaging in short term global mission trips. In her twenties, Melissa went back to school earning an ECE certificate from SRJC, and graduating from SSU with a B.A. in English. She has since married her best friend and sweetheart, Daniel, and is busy raising their family for the glory of God.

Melissa lives with her husband and energetic kids on a ranch in Bodega Bay, where they homeschool, garden, make sourdough bread, chase goats, grind their own grain, and manage a campground. She is passionate about reading, writing, tea, all things Jane Austin, sewing, learning with her children, and spending time with her family and friends. She and her husband are super excited to be a part of founding Lighthouse Christian School, providing a fantastic hybrid schooling option for families of Sonoma County and the surrounding areas.

Martha Gomez serves as our Early Elementary Director and comes with seven years of teaching Spanish, History, Science, and Choir to Christian K-6th students, Martha holds three AA degrees in Behavioral Science, Sociology, and Community Health along with being a business owner running payroll, accounts payable, and QuickBooks. Her experience has strengthened her organizational and leadership skills preparing her to serve both our students and families with excellence. Throughout her career, she has discovered her greatest passion is helping young children develop a love for learning while growing in their relationship with Christ. Her ministry goal at LCS is to create an environment where every child feels safe, loved, encouraged, and excited to come to school each day, through engaging, hands-on, and meaningful learning experiences that make education both effective and enjoyable.

Above all, Martha strives to honor the Lord in everything she does, seeking His wisdom in every decision and praying that her leadership reflects His love, grace, and truth. She feels blessed to serve at Lighthouse Christian School, and looks forward to partnering with families to build a strong academic and biblical foundation for every child entrusted in our care.
